A lifelong photographer and student of observation, I began taking pictures at the age of nine.  It was love at first click with a Brownie Starmite by Kodak.  My current camera is a Canon DSLR and I keep an amazing Canon Elph in my glove compartment.

Surrounded by nature in a rural waterside location, I am drawn to sky and water, shadows and reflections, color and texture.  In addition, my garden offers endless opportunities to capture its beauty.  And then there is the daily, spontaneous, photographic encounter.
